Shipping Policies
- For in-stock products, the order will be prepared and dispatched within 1-2 days of the order being placed. Express orders within Ho Chi Minh City will be sent within the same day (orders after 9pm will be sent the next morning).
- For Groupbuy products, join our Discord channel Uniq Meck to update the latest information and progress status.
- If you place an existing product and a Groupbuy product in the same order, the product will be prepared and waiting for the Groupbuy product to be returned. Therefore, if you want to receive pre-existing products, please split the order separately.
- Economy Delivery will be the default shipping, Ahamove and Grab are available for orders within Ho Chi Minh City. If you are outside Vietnam, DHL will be used by default.
